Central Intake

The Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s Central Intake Section serves as the customer service and intake desk for those looking to file paperwork in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida, or the County Court of Lake County.

The section also serves as the location for in-person court records requests.
