E-Notify

E-Notify is a statewide electronic notification system that allows individuals to register for email and text notification reminders for upcoming criminal court dates. The E-Notify system was developed to fulfill the state legislature’s direction to provide alerts to defendants in criminal cases.

Users can manage their alert subscriptions, such as choosing how they will get alerts – by email, text message, or both, and the timing of the reminders, selecting any combination of 14-day, 7-day, or 24-hour notifications. There is no limit to the number of cases for which an individual can stay informed.

E-Notify was developed collaboratively by The Office of the State Court Administrator (OSCA), the Clerks of Court Operations Corporation, and the Florida Court Courts & Comptrollers, and is being managed by OSCA.
