Court Data & Records Division

The Court Data & Records Division manages the review and redaction of court records on behalf of the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller.

Most court records from 2003 to present can be viewed electronically by using the Lake County Clerk’s online court records system, after the Division performs any redaction necessary to make the records available for public viewing.

The Division also coordinates access to court records through registered users and subscriber services.
