Subscription Services – Court Records

Subscription services allow subscribed users, for a nominal fee, to have access to data reports that are either transmitted by email or available for download from a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) website.

Below are the current data reports offered by the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller for traffic, criminal, and eviction files:

  1. Traffic Citations (daily)
  2. Civil Traffic Filed (daily)
  3. Civil Traffic Disposed (daily)
  4. Criminal Traffic (CT) / Misdemeanor (MM) / Felony (CF) Filed (weekly)
  5. Criminal Traffic (CT) / Misdemeanor (MM) / Felony (CF) Disposed (weekly)
  6. Eviction Cases Report (weekly)

Official Records Subscription Service reports are also available.

Subscription Service Fees:

There is a one-time set-up fee of $60 per file request; plus a non-refundable annual usage fee of $325 per file request paid on a pro-rated delivery basis.

The Clerk’s Office will notify you when your annual usage fee renewal is due. Typically, the annual usage fee must be paid before the beginning of each calendar year. The Clerk’s Office retains the right to make annual rate adjustments.

How to Enroll in Subscription Services:

A Courts Electronic File Transmission Agreement (PDF) must be completed and submitted along with a check made payable to “Gary J. Cooney, Clerk of the Court & Comptroller” with the appropriate fees. NOTE: We do not accept cashier’s checks dated more than two (2) months from the issue date.

Agreements and fees should be mailed to the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, ATTN: Court Data & Records, P.O. Box 7800, Tavares, Florida, 32778-7800, for review, approval, and processing.

Custom Reports:

At the discretion of the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, custom reports of court data may be made available upon request.

The fees associated with producing these reports will vary depending on the complexity of the data being requested. Custom reports require an agreement to be signed.
