You may keep funds on deposit for future bidding for up to one year. To request a refund of your funds on deposit, log into your bidder account at https://www.lake.realtaxdeed.com/ and select “Request Refund” from the “Funds Transfer Menu.” Accounts with no financial or bidding activity for more than one year will receive a notice to request a refund. Funds not claimed shall be forfeited to the Lake County Board of County Commissioners pursuant to Florida Statute 116.21.
