Court Data & Records Fees

Payments for court record requests and searches can be paid by personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. Credit card payments are not accepted at this time. Payments to the Clerk’s Office should be made payable to “Gary J. Cooney, Clerk of Court & Comptroller” and may be mailed to: Lake County Clerk’s Office, ATTN: Court Data & Records, P.O. Box 7800, Tavares, FL 32778.

NOTE: We do not accept cashier’s checks dated more than two (2) months from the issue date.
