Non-Criminal Infractions

The Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s Office performs services related to non-criminal infraction cases filed in County Court.

Non-criminal infractions include cases such as illegal tobacco sale or possession, boating infractions, hunting and fishing violations, and littering.

Generally, non-criminal infractions result in a fine, which can be paid at the Clerk’s Office.
