• Foreclosures
  The Clerk’s Office maintains a listing of foreclosure cases scheduled for sale. This listing is available for viewing online on the Foreclosure Sales Calendar and in the Clerk’s Office during office hours.
• Jury Duty
  The Lake County Clerk’s Office summons roughly 45,000 persons for jury duty annually. Potential jurors can review their reporting status, request an excusal or deferment, or update their name or address online through the Clerk’s website.
• Tax Deed Sales
  Tax deed sales are the auction of property for which tax certificates have been sold by the Lake County Tax Collector’s office for delinquent taxes. Tax deed sales are held according to Chapter 197, Florida Statutes. A listing of upcoming tax deed sales is available for viewing online on the Tax Deed Sales Calendar and in the Clerk’s Office during office hours.
• Value Adjustment Board (VAB)
  The Value Adjustment Board (VAB) is an independent governmental board created by Florida Statutes and provides a forum for property owners to appeal their property value or denial of an exemption, classification, or tax deferral.
