If same day service is not needed, you may submit your request and payment by mail, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope, to Lake County Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller, Attn: Domestic Relations, P.O. Box 7800, Tavares, FL 32778-7800.
For records prior to 1995:
For records prior to 1995, you may also visit the Lake County Courthouse, 550 W. Main St., East Wing, First Floor, Tavares, but you must submit your request in writing. If you want the records mailed to you, you must provide a self-addressed stamped envelope.
If making this request by mail, you may submit your request and payment and self-addressed, stamped envelope to Lake County Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller, Attn: Domestic Relations, P.O. Box 7800, Tavares, FL 32778-7800.
