I have a new address or a new name. What do I need to do?

To make changes to the record, the Clerk’s Office must receive notice of the change in writing. You can download the Information Change Request Form (PDF), and file it with the Domestic Relations Section at 550 W. Main St., East Wing, First Floor, Tavares. You may also update your information through the online portal. Always remember to include your case number on any correspondence.
