All offices of the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller will be closed on Monday, Dec. 25, and Tuesday, Dec. 26, for the Christmas holiday, and Monday, Jan. 1, and Tuesday, Jan. 2, for the New Year’s holiday.

The Lake County Clerk’s Office was happy to once again spread some joy and holiday cheer this Christmas season by participating in Bay and Lake Pharmacy’s “Santa Loves Seniors” gift donation program in support of LovExtension – a nonprofit, volunteer organization that supports the under-served elderly and disabled communities in Lake County and The Villages.
Effective Jan. 1, additional information will be required on documents affecting real property, which are submitted for recording.
